About these terms
NightReveal is operated by Ihor Mudrak, an individual based in Portugal. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old to access the NightReveal wiki or create an account. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you live. The current age gate is a self-declaration and does not collect your date of birth.
Nature of the content
NightReveal contains educational material about intimacy, relationships, consent, and consensual adult practices, together with non-explicit erotic illustrations. It does not host pornographic or user-generated sexual content.
Some illustrations may be generated or materially edited with artificial intelligence. We label AI-generated illustrations where they appear. They are creative depictions and are not presented as records of real people or events.
Not professional advice
The wiki is for general educational and entertainment purposes. It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, relationship, or legal advice. Bodies, relationships, and circumstances differ. Stop if something feels unsafe and seek an appropriately qualified professional when needed.
Consent and safety
Nothing on NightReveal replaces informed, specific, freely given, and ongoing consent between adults. A description of a practice is not an instruction to perform it. Discuss boundaries, risks, safe words, health considerations, and aftercare before acting on any information from the wiki.
Acceptable use
You must not use NightReveal to:
- break the law, facilitate abuse, exploitation, trafficking, or non-consensual conduct;
- attempt to access another person's account or interfere with service security;
- scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or automate access in a harmful manner;
- misrepresent NightReveal content as professional advice or as your own work.
Accounts and availability
The public wiki does not require an account. An optional account unlocks the illustrations and, later, the game; it is created with your email address and a one-time code sent to it, so you are responsible for access to that mailbox and for activity performed through your account. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, misuse, or legal compliance.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of this free early-stage service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every article is complete or error-free.
Intellectual property
NightReveal's original text, visual design, branding, and illustrations are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may link to public pages and make reasonable personal, non-commercial use of the wiki. No other licence is granted unless we agree in writing.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, NightReveal is provided “as is” and “as available”. Ihor Mudrak is not responsible for decisions, interactions, or harm resulting from reliance on general wiki content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Law and contact
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law, without removing any mandatory protection you have under the law of your country of residence. Questions can be sent to legal@nightreveal.com.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the service develops. Material changes will be identified by a new revision date and, where appropriate, additional notice.
