Aliens / Monster Fetish
Aliens / monster fetish is a sexual attraction to non-human creatures — aliens, monsters, demons, beasts and the like — and the fantasy scenarios around them. Clinically it overlaps with teratophilia (arousal by monstrous or fantastical beings) and xenophilia (attraction to aliens). It lives almost entirely in imagination, art, and roleplay rather than reality, fuelled by sci-fi, horror, and fantasy media. Scenes are very often paired with abduction or 'taken by force' storylines, where the creature is powerful and the human is at its mercy. The appeal is the thrill of the utterly other, safely explored through play.
The appeal is the allure of the utterly other: something powerful, forbidden, and outside ordinary human rules. The non-human partner can embody raw instinct or overwhelming strength, and the fantasy offers a safe container for taboo, surrender, and pure imagination.
One partner dresses or acts the 'creature' — a costume, mask, claws, an altered voice — while the other plays the human who is captured, examined, or seduced. Props like tentacle-shaped or fantasy-textured toys, dim lighting, and a sci-fi or horror setting build the scene, often following an abduction script agreed on beforehand.
Since these scenes usually carry an abduction or 'forced' theme, treat them as consensual non-consent: negotiate the story, hard limits, and a safeword or signal in advance. Make sure any costume, mask, or restraint still allows breathing, seeing, and easy escape, and finish with aftercare to step back out of an intense fantasy.
