Breast/nipple torture
Breast and nipple torture is pressure, pinching, or impact applied to the breasts and nipples for erotic pain — a focused form of pain play. Also called nipple torture, tit torture, or tit discipline, it uses clamps, clothespins, binding, twisting, biting, weights, suction, or slapping. The nipples are dense with nerve endings, so even modest pressure creates strong sensation. It spans a wide range, from a firm pinch to intense, sustained clamping. It's a common part of dominant/submissive pain and endurance play.
The nipples' sensitivity makes this a sharp, immediate route to the pain-pleasure edge, and enduring it can feel like an offering of submission. For the giver, watching a partner ride that intensity is a potent form of control.
A dominant might start with pinching and twisting, then add clamps or clothespins, weights, or suction, building intensity as the receiver adjusts — often within a larger scene involving restraint or other pain play. Clamps are frequently the centerpiece.
With clamps, watch the clock — around 10-15 minutes is a sensible maximum, since the tissue needs blood flow. Expect the sharpest pain on removal, when blood rushes back, so take them off gently and in a planned way. Monitor for numbness, discoloration, or sharp lasting pain, use adjustable (tweezer-style) clamps to start, and never pierce skin without proper training and sterile gear.
