Clothed sex (endytophilia)
Clothed sex — clinically endytophilia when it's a genuine fetish — is arousal tied to having sex while one or both partners stay dressed. For some it's circumstantial and hot (a quick encounter, no time to undress, an outfit too good to take off); for others the clothing itself is the turn-on. A skirt pushed aside, jeans unzipped just enough, or staying fully dressed can feel more urgent and illicit than being naked. The look, feel, or a specific garment can all be part of it. It overlaps with related clothing fetishes like uniforms or particular fabrics.
Keeping clothes on can heighten urgency and taboo — it reads as spontaneous, impatient, 'couldn't wait' desire. For true endytophiles, a particular garment or the mystery of a partly hidden body is itself deeply arousing, sometimes more than nudity.
A couple has sex with clothing left on or barely adjusted — a dress hiked up, underwear pulled aside, a fly opened — keeping the visual and the sense of haste intact. Sometimes a specific outfit (a suit, uniform, or lingerie kept on) is chosen deliberately.
No particular physical risk beyond ordinary safer sex. Just mind zippers and rough fabric against sensitive skin, and keep clear access for condoms or lube if you're using them.
