Fingering (vagina)
Fingering is using the fingers to sexually stimulate the vulva and vagina — the clitoris, labia, opening, and inside. Thanks to the hand's sensitivity and dexterity, it's precise and responsive, easy to adjust to exactly what feels good. It can be a complete sexual encounter on its own or a key part of foreplay, from a light external tease to internal penetration reaching spots like the G-area. One or several fingers can be used, alone or alongside oral or other play. It's among the most common and intuitive ways to give pleasure.
Fingers offer control and precision that make it easy to target the clitoris and internal sweet spots and respond instantly to feedback, which for many is the surest route to orgasm. There's also real intimacy in the direct, attentive touch.
A partner strokes and circles the clitoris and labia, then may slide a finger or two inside, curling toward the front wall (the G-area) or setting a rhythm the receiver guides. It pairs naturally with kissing, oral, or other stimulation.
Very low-risk. Keep nails trimmed and smooth and hands clean to avoid scratches or infection, use lube if needed, and don't bring a finger from the anus to the vagina without washing. Communicate about pressure and pace.
