Lactation

Lactation fetish is arousal centered on lactating breasts — breasts producing milk, and often the act of suckling or being suckled. It shows up in a few ways: some (lactophiles) are aroused specifically by the milk itself, some love the intimacy and sensation of adult breastfeeding, and some enjoy the nurturing dynamic around it. Enthusiasts may even encourage lactation when it wouldn't naturally occur. It overlaps with breast play, adult nursing relationships (ANR), and age or caregiver dynamics. It ranges from tender nurturing to a specific fluid fetish.

The appeal blends the taboo and novelty of the milk, the deep intimacy and comfort of nursing, and for many a nurturing 'mommy/baby' care dynamic. The nipple stimulation itself is also physically pleasurable for the lactating partner.

A partner suckles or milks the lactating breasts — during foreplay, sex, or a dedicated nursing session — sometimes within an ongoing adult-nursing relationship. Couples may use pumps or stimulation to induce or maintain lactation for the purpose.

Generally low-risk. Avoid over-vigorous suckling that causes sore or cracked nipples (an infection route), keep good breast hygiene, and note that inducing lactation involves hormones and effort worth researching. Breast milk is a bodily fluid, so usual safer-sex awareness applies.
