Nasophilia
Nasophilia is a sexual fascination with the nose — being aroused by its look, feel, or role in play. For enthusiasts the nose is more than a breathing and smelling organ: it can be kissed, licked, sucked, rubbed, or even used the way a finger or tongue might be during sex. Attraction can focus on a partner's nose shape and appearance, on nose-to-body contact, or on scent and breath. It's a niche body-part fetish among many. It overlaps with scent play, face worship, and general body-part fetishism.
For some the appeal is aesthetic — a particular nose is simply beautiful and arousing; for others it's the sensory play of the nose against skin, its coolness and shape, or the intimacy and slight taboo of eroticizing such an ordinary feature. Scent and breath can add to it.
It might mean kissing, licking, or sucking a partner's nose, rubbing noses over the body, or using the nose to stimulate erogenous zones, alongside ordinary attention to a nose one finds attractive. Often it's woven into broader face and scent play.
Low-risk. Basic hygiene applies if the nose contacts genitals or fluids, and mind breathing if it's pressed against the body. Otherwise, harmless fun.
