Omorashi
Omorashi is arousal from a full bladder and the desperation of needing to pee — and, often, from wetting oneself or watching someone else do so. The Japanese term means 'to leak,' and the fetish centers on the buildup: the squirming urgency, the loss of control, and the release or accident. It's distinct from watersports' focus on the urine itself — here the charge is the desperation and helplessness of holding on and finally letting go. It can be solo or shared, real or roleplayed. It overlaps with watersports, control play, and humiliation.
The appeal is the intense buildup and surrender — the mounting desperation, the fight for control, and the vulnerable, taboo relief (or embarrassment) of losing it. The helplessness and the crossing of a deeply ingrained 'don't wet yourself' boundary are central.
A person deliberately holds a full bladder to ride the desperation, then wets themselves or reaches a toilet just in time — alone or performed for a partner who enjoys the buildup and 'accident.' Roleplay and dedicated wetting scenes are common.
Holding urine to real, painful extremes isn't good for you — chronic or severe over-holding can raise the risk of urinary tract infections and, rarely, bladder problems, so don't push to genuine pain or make a frequent habit of extreme holds. Stay hydrated, empty fully when needed, and keep cleanup easy and hygienic.
