Outstroking
Outstroking is a sex technique of slowly withdrawing a penis or toy from the vagina or anus — emphasizing the pulling-out stroke rather than the thrust in. Because the entrance and outer canal are especially nerve-rich, drawing out slowly (sometimes almost all the way, then easing back in) creates a lingering, teasing pleasure and a different sensation from ordinary in-focused thrusting. It's a technique and a tease more than a distinct kink. It overlaps with shallowing, teasing, and edging. The slow outward stroke is the point.
The appeal is the concentrated pleasure of the nerve-rich entrance and the teasing, drawn-out sensation — slowly pulling out (and the anticipation of pushing back in) heightens awareness and builds a different, often more intense feeling than thrusting inward. It's a way to tease and to target the most sensitive zone.
During penetration, the giver focuses on slow, deliberate outward strokes — withdrawing gradually, sometimes nearly all the way, before easing back in — often near the sensitive opening, varying pace to tease. It pairs with shallowing and teasing.
Very low-risk. Use enough lube and go at a comfortable pace, minding not to fully withdraw and re-enter roughly (which can be uncomfortable). Otherwise it's simply a pleasurable technique.
