Prostate Milking
Prostate milking is stimulating or massaging the prostate gland — the walnut-sized gland reachable a few inches inside the rectum, toward the front. Done steadily, it can produce a release of thin, milky fluid and sometimes a distinct 'prostate orgasm' (p-spot orgasm) that many describe as fuller, deeper, and more full-body than a penile one. It's usually reached through the anus with a finger or a curved toy, though external perineum pressure can also work. It can be pleasure-focused or framed as controlled 'milking' in a D/s dynamic. It overlaps with anal play, pegging, and cock milking.
The prostate is dense with nerve endings and, for many, the source of a deeper, longer, hands-free orgasm unlike anything from penile stimulation. There's also the pleasure of surrender and being 'opened up,' plus the D/s charge when a partner controls the milking.
With the receiver relaxed, a partner inserts a well-lubed finger or curved prostate toy and gently massages the gland with a 'come-hither' motion, building slowly, sometimes without touching the penis at all. It can be a gentle exploration or a controlled milking session.
Trim and smooth nails, wash hands, use gloves or a condom on fingers and toys, and go slow with lots of water- or silicone-based lube; stop for pain or bleeding. Use only toys with a flared base, be gentle (the tissue is delicate), and clean everything afterward. Anyone with prostate health concerns should check with a doctor first.
